Please note that VetsWeb Online Shop and VetsWeb Animal Clinic relies upon the same stock of items. It is thus possible that, due to slow synchronisation between the physical and online stores, not all stock quantities may be as they reflect on the online store at any given time.

Feel free to send on email to orders@vetsweb.com.na to enquire about availability of items marked "out of stock" or to place orders for prescription food or chronic medicine for your pet

(prescription meds or food will be supplied only if your pet's script is on our system)

 

Ordering:

When a purchase order has been placed, you will:

- Receive a VAT invoice by email for all items that are in stock

- We will contact you if any items are out of stock

This invoice also contains our banking details and reference number to use for the payment

EFT payments are preferable. Please note that a cash deposit fee will be charged if you choose to do a cash deposit - details and instructions will be available in the email with your VAT invoice.

 

Shipment:

Please note that it is your responsibility to confirm that Nampost services your area or to arrange and pay for collection by another person or courier company. We only ship to Namibian addresses.

By default orders are sent via Nampost Courier, charged to the recipient. Please contact them if you need a shipment quote.

You have the option to either collect the order or arrange for collection. These instructions must be stated clearly during placement of the order (only if the order is not be couriered by Nampost):

        - Collection will only take place during clinic hours (see contact us page) at VetsWeb Animal Clinic

        - The person who is to collect the package must be able to state the buyer's name and order number/invoice number
